    We repair and troubleshoot a wide range of devices including laptops, desktop computers, gaming consoles., and more. if you’re not sure if we service your device, just go to the Contact Us page and ask.

    Do you come to my location?

    Depends on the device and exactly what needs to be done, we may just take your device ex: Laptop and do repair or remove viruses etc. and have it back to you as soon as possible or if you rather deliver it to me that’s possible aswell.

    Can you set up or fix my home Wi-Fi?

    Yes, if you need router or modem installation and your not experienced with such we can do that, signal troubleshooting or security configuration or just help fix a slow network we can help. Some things do require help from you ISP (Internet Service Provider)

    Do you help with data recovery?

    Depends some data is not repairable, basic support for these issues, best i can say we can try are best. really depends on case by case.

    What if i don’t know what’s wrong with my device?

    No worries , we offer free diagnostics for most devices, just briefly explain and give us a quick description of the problem. We’ll take a look and let you know what’s needed before anything is done.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Our pricing depends on the type of service and device. We offer affordable flat rates for common repairs and support. feel free to contact us with more details and we can quote you a free estimate.

    Do you charge for diagnostics?

    Diagnostics are free for the most part, we might charge a small fee if its required to drive to your house and you end up not going through with the service, but if you do decide to get something done this is marked off the total price.

    Do you offer free quotes?

    Yes, Happy to provide and free quote before any work begins, Just send us the details of your issue using or Contact page, and we’ll let you know what to expect.

    ❓ What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo.

    Payment is due when the service is complete.

    ❓ Do you require payment upfront?

    No, most services require payment after the job is completed. However for parts that need to be ordered in advance (Like Hardware PC parts or Routers, etc.) We may ask for a partial deposit upfront to cover the cost of materials.

    ❓ Is there a warranty included with your services?

    Yes, most of our repairs come with a 30 day limited warranty but it only covers the specific issue we fixed.

    Most repairs should be completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the issue and whether any parts need to be ordered. We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time after we’ve diagnosed the problem.

    ❓ Do you offer same day repairs?

    For minor issues like software fixes, or some hardware replacements (if you have the extra needed parts on hand or if we have them on hand) Then same day repair is possible. We will also ask the urgency for the repair to be made.

      yes and no, you need to contact us and we can communicate a time for drop off or pickup of your device.

Remote support allows us to access your computer securely over the internet using a program to fix software problems or install programs to fix and remove viruses and help optimize your device for performance. if you dont like this we can always just pick up your device and do it ourselves in person.
